EXPERIENCE:

    Rewa has over 5 years experience teaching Pilates Matwork and Apparatus. She has been teaching group exercise classes and personal training clients since 2006. Rewa specializes in musculo-skeletal issues, special needs, impairments and rehabilitation protocols.

    Rewa will draw on a host of exercise methods, tools and activities to motivate and encourage her clients and keep them having fun while achieving the results they desire. Rewa strongly believes that in order for you to have success into integrating fitness into your life, you MUST find the activities that stimulate your whole being: Mind, Body and Spirit.

Hobbies/Interests:

    Rewa’s passions are her family, friends and The Method Pilates, the discipline of Joseph H. Pilates; the discipline of mind + body exercise, stretching, lengthening and strengthening your body to bring it into perfect balance – top to bottom, left to right, front to back – improving your body awareness and overall well- being.
