EXPERIENCE:
Shawn has been teaching group exercise classes since 2005 and personal training clients since
2008. Shawn specializes in core, balance, reactive, and resistance training as well as corrective exercises for
muscular imbalances.
Shawn is the creator of H.I.T. (High Intensity Training), a small group strength and conditioning program built on
constantly varied, multi-joint functional movement executed at high intensity. Shawn has also been an assistant
soccer coach and Girl Scout Leader.
She will go the extra mile for her clients and they will see the results they are looking for. “I enjoy working with
clients that are dedicated, committed and open to a better self. I believe you can work hard and have fun at the same
time!”

Hobbies/Interests:
In her spare time Shawn enjoys hanging out with her family and friends, hiking,
canoeing, live music/dancing and other recreational sports.
